Social inclusion for seniors by sport

Summary

The project assumes cooperation in the adult sector. As part of the project, the team of scientists, sports coaches and youth workers will jointly develop a program of sport and recreational activities addressed to seniors from Turkey, Spain and Poland. During the project we are planning 4 international project meetings (two meetings in Turkey, one meeting in Spain and one meeting in Poland). During meetings staff from partnership organizations will share the experience and good practises in the field of work with seniors. The final result of the project will be a publication presenting a program of classes developed and tested in partner organizations, which will serve as inspiration during the organization of sports activities for sports trainers. The results of the project (including publication) will be provided to employees of educational institutions and non-governmental organizations that conduct senior sport activities. The developed methodology of organizing and conducting sports activities will be an inspiration for sports trainers in the field of senior sport.
